WARNING SYSTEM



SEP has a warning system council member will abide by to enforce our rules. There are a total of four warning before that member is sent to a Council Board to determine their final fate based on what rules were broken. Review and remember!

1st Warning: You are New
As you are new, we dont expect you to know all the rules off the bat. This warning is simply verbal with a directory to our rules of SEP for you to review and move on.

2nd Warning: just this once...
Another rule was broken. This will result with staff verbally making the error aware to the member who broke it and to the Boss (myself) as well as provide links to our rules for review.

3rd Warning: Priveliges are removed
At this level, there is no verbal communication. Additional accounts are deactivated (not deleted), restrictions are put on leisure forums, and any other privelige.

4th Warning: House Arrest
Member and staff schedule a board and meeting is held via a prive chat. Member is removed if conclusion could not be reached.
